A bill, H.R.3380, sponsored by Representative Dan Burton (R-IN) in conjunction with The National Health
Federation, has been introduced that would spare thousands of dietary
supplements from removal from retail store shelves due to onerous new
safety testing guidelines proposed by the Food and Drug Administration.
