The Preciousness of Each Moment

A lot has been going on in my karmic movie, or my personal life, whichever terms you prefer.  A lot of different words and ways of saying things designate the same basic thing in essence.  People even have arguments saying the same basic thing in different ways.  Thing is, most people would rather win the argument than know the truth.

What takes us out of the Truth of the Present Moment?  Words.  Thoughts.  Automatic reactions.  Expressing negative emotions.  Living in our own egotistical melodramas.

Let’s begin with words.  Words are immensely more powerful than many of us are aware of.  A certain word or phrase can make us react in some way that we know is not the Truth of us.  After our reaction, we might feel foolish that we reacted to someone’s words.  The Sanskrit term for the power of words is matrika Shakti.  My Guru said, “Do not let the matrika make you dance.”

A group of words leads to a thought.  Rather, the group of words with a coherent meaning is the thought.  A thought is nothing more than a certain group of words that we have given meaning to.
On one level, our thoughts are generally insignificant.  They are not nearly as interesting as we make them out to be.  Also, most of them are, at best, some variation of some aspect of truth, or something relatively true for now.  Most thoughts are just mental clutter.  The space that exists between any two thoughts, or any two words, is very blissful and freeing.  However, it is a great process to gain the simple ability to maintain the gaze between two thoughts.

Most people cannot even conceive of a silent, still space between thoughts, between words.  They might even consider such a space as boring.  Thoughts lead to activity and stimulation, which many people are unknowingly addicted to.  Many people are only comfortable with plenty of activity and stimulation.  This leads to egotistical melodramas, and we get lost in them and lose all touch with the Truth of the Present Moment.

Egotistical melodramas is one of the key terms in our Course of Training regarding Living in the Truth of the Present Moment.  In short time we begin to recognize egotistical melodramas for what they are; not merely in retrospect, but as we are in the midst of them.  We learn to catch them ‘red-handed.’

We must develop the capacity to see what limits us and keeps us in some degree of ignorance, for only after we are able to see what holds us down are we finally able to recognize the very best of ourselves.  Truly, most all people are much greater, in essence, than they conceive themselves to be.  They limit themselves to constrictive or contracting concepts.  This is why we must learn to go beyond all concepts, and open up to the willingness to see something new—the Truth of our own Being, the Truth of the Self.

Briefly, an egotistical melodrama requires words and thoughts (to describe the situation and what is going on—which we take to be ‘reality)’.  The egotistical melodrama usually requires other people—often includes conflict, or an expression of negative emotions, and they take place in ‘time.’  In the present moment, they don’t even exist.  They exists in thoughts, and thoughts require time.

The present moment is absolutely silent and absolutely still.

The present moment is the space between words or thoughts.  If we could rest in that state, we would live in absolute contentment.  Truly, contentment is the highest aspiration.  Once we are content, we have attained all we can attain while dwelling in this physical body.

Due to a rigid conditioning from the past, we cannot be content simply by deciding to be.  We can decide to remain content forevermore, and yet the next time someone says something we don’t like, we are caught up in an emotional reaction.  So a comprehensive and coherent ‘training’ is, if not required, at least highly recommended.  On our own, our head is spinning its tires to get free from snow, ice, sleet, sand, and mud of the mind.  We need something that helps us see what direction
we’re going in and what is the next step.

At least this was my own experience with my own Teachers.  Simply through being in subtle relationship with them, my state would expand to a much greater degree, leading to a greater transformation, than anything I could have possibly done on my own, depending entirely on my own feeble efforts.

Anyway, we each do what we can do, right?  I sit here and write having no idea of where this sentence will go, much less what will be written in the next sentence.  In a sense I am taking dictation, having no idea what I will write next.  I am simply the typist.  All my writings are much more amazing to me than to you, the reader, for you might think you know where these words come from, while for me it is a great mystery.

Some questions have recently come in.  I will respond to them here:

Someone wrote, "I don't feel I value or appreciate the preciousness of each moment.

“Here is my question:

WHY IS THIS LIFE SO PRECIOUS?

“What is it about being in THIS BODY that is so precious?  I want to fully appreciate the preciousness of each moment and am open to fuller understanding."

Being in this body is so precious because it carries a precious cargo.  It is our dharma to protect the precious cargo at any cost.  What if you could actually experience that nothing is inside this body other than God or Consciousness?  What if you were truly aware that you are carrying around the Lord everywhere you go?

If you felt alone with God, would you experience the preciousness of the moment? Well, in truth, you are alone with God right now.  God is peering through your eyes, hearing through your ears, and so on through all the senses.  There is no one in this body but God.  There is no middle-man.
When you fully understand this, you live in the consciousness of the preciousness of life.  You see that each moment is to be cherished and celebrated, because it is a distinctive part of the life you are living here on the planet Earth.  Why not cherish and celebrate each moment of life?  Is something ‘else’ going to happen?

This is how you experience the preciousness of the present moment.

ERES TU REFLEJO, un reflejo de tu amor

Cuando fue la última vez que te miraste al espejo y dijiste: Mira qué hermoso me veo? Cuando fue la última vez que te felicitaste ?

La primera relación que debemos de nutrir y cuidar es la relación con nosotros mismos, tu relación con Dios. Tu eres el centro del  cual brota el manantial de agua que nutre todas tus otras relaciones, la relación con tus padres, con tus hermanos, con tus compañeros de trabajo, con tu pareja, con tus hijos, con tus vecinos, con el mundo entero.

Esta tu vida llena de armonía? de paz y amor? O de críticas, de juicios? de Peleas?

 Ese es un reflejo de la relación que tienes contigo mismo.

Qué tipo de relación tienes contigo mismo? Eres amoroso,  te apoyas a ti mismo?

It is not what happens to each of us that determines how much we enjoy life, but rather our reaction to what happens. Though we may have no choice in unexpected events that happen to us, we most certainly have choice in how we interpret what happens, and in what we choose to do about it. We can always choose to be either a victim or a creator. This key choice makes all the difference in how much joy we experience in life.

Neither does what we own play a major role in how much we enjoy life. One person with all the money and possessions in the world may have a miserable life, while another in the lowest income bracket may absolutely love their life. It is what we do with what we own that affects our level of satisfaction and joy in life. It's not what you possess or what happens to you in life that matters, but rather what you do with it.

Each of us is faced with challenges every day of our lives. And with each challenge, we make choices in how we react. By choosing to become more conscious of how we react to challenges, we can shift our actions towards creating what we really want in our lives. Rather than following habitual, reactive patterns which cause us to behave like victims, we can recognize and transform old habits to create the life we really want. Yet to do this, we must first find the courage to look at some of the disempowering, often unconscious patterns which cause us to play the victim role, and then choose instead to empower the creator in ourselves.

Principles of Personal Transformation Profound personal transformation is initiated by the realization that you are capable of direct access to the Divine. This is the realization that the wisdom of the Divine can be discovered deep within you. There is a wide range of means that can facilitate self-mastery through personal transformation. It is the inward center of divine energy that unifies all life. Seeing the Divine in all is the principle that all manifestations of life convey an expression of All That Is. It does not matter how far the unifying energy has been distorted; the Divine can be observed. It is the action of perceiving unification even when the outward manifestations appear random, distorted, or chaotic. The principle of seeing the Divine in all is the perception that life is perfect in its expression because it flows from perfection, and that no matter how divergent its manifestations are, all life is an extension of the Divine. In light of the obvious turmoil and destruction that are apparent on Earth, this is an outlook or perception that may seem naive. How can life in all its forms and expressions be perceived as optimal or perfect? This is the great paradox of life, and it cannot be reconciled with your mental or emotional capabilities. It can only be understood in the context of the soul, which is deathless, timeless, and limitless. Calling forth the divine perceptions of the soul is actualized through looking for both the inward and outward manifestations of the Divine. It is not only that the Divine is found within you and within every individual manifestation of life; it is also in itself the wholeness of all life. Thus, this principle of transformation calls for seeing the Divine in all its diverse forms of manifestation, as well as in the wholeness of life itself. The Blessings and Curses of Being Honest

Several weeks ago I received an email from a subscriber who wrote, in part: “… Some of your thought processes are not very pretty and sometimes conflicting. Why do you share on such an intimate level? ...”
It’s a good question and those of you that are subscribing to this free weekly message deserve to know a little more about me. It may help you interpret or integrate these messages into your own life. Conversely, it may cause you to decide to run for your life!
I am a recovering alcoholic with over 25 years of sobriety. I used to be an active Presbyterian minister. Today, I remain very spiritual, but not very religious. Those who have read my book and/or listened to my Audio CD already know this.

Several years into AA’s program of recovery, where the acceptance I found transformed my life and accomplished what all the religious dogma and biblical studies never did, I relived a repressed memory from my days in high school. A girl became rather sweet on me and, during a band trip, shared how much she both respected and liked me. All the time she was telling me this, I remembered thinking to myself: “The me she believes she’s talking to isn’t the real me.” Exploring this memory, I discovered that that experience was a classic symptom of toxic shame – a phrase coined by John Bradshaw in his book Healing the Shame that Binds You. 1988.

It was a very, very sick feeling – believing that my “me” that you responded to wasn’t really me. And if it was not really me, then who was it? Who was I? I had no earthly idea, other than knowing I had this hollow empty feeling deep inside that I was living a lie and was a very incomplete person. Unlike you.
In AA meetings I heard many different people describe this same feeling as “…having a hole in your soul.” Very apt, I believe. How do I fill that hole? Honesty – real honesty. I found honesty in meetings, with my sponsor, working the steps, making amends.

In AA meetings for the first time in my life, I experienced the ability to be really me, nothing held back, and still feel supported and accepted. That totally transformed me. I will never be able to repay the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous for that tremendous gift of Grace God gave me – speaking through the voices in those rooms.

In personal computing there is a term used in conjunction with printer technology called WYSIWYG (“What you see is what you get”). That’s exactly what I want to be in my life. That’s the only way I can feed the real me and starve the feeling that I have a hole in my soul.

“Here Comes De Judge” (or The story of My Ego)

The other day I was listening to a member of the AA fellowship discuss her encounter with an anonymous someone who had only been to several meetings. The someone wondered “how she did it” – meaning how my friend worked the AA Program and stayed sober. As my friend related the incident, she was struck by all the negative exclusions her questioner had at her fingertips. She related the standard AA directions to the newcomer: “If you want what we have, do what we do.” Then she reminded her of the 5 or 6 standard-issue suggestions of the Program: Go to meetings, Don’t drink, Get a sponsor, Pray, Work the Steps, and when tempted, Call someone – anyone – in the Fellowship.

The newcomer had responses to every suggestion explaining why she couldn’t, wouldn’t, shouldn’t work the Program like everyone else. She was too busy at home and at work. She was too involved with her church activities. It was suggested she pray first thing in the morning and read one of the steps in AA’s Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions. “I’m not a morning person,” she said.

Turns out she wasn’t an afternoon person, an evening person or a night person either.

She was afraid that working the Steps would conflict with her Christian beliefs. She was afraid that the bottom she believed she had hit, wasn’t bad enough to warrant her having to knuckle-down and really concentrate on AA’s “standard, run-of-the-mill” suggestions for achieving sobriety. “Why can’t I simply read through the Steps until I think I understand them? Why do I have to do a moral inventory, discuss it with someone, and eventually make amends to those I have wronged – when I really don’t think I truly wronged anyone anyway?”

I’ve heard many similar excuses before as well – as a sponsor in AA, in listening to why people believe they cannot adopt the principles of A Course in Miracles (ACIM), hearing folks make all kinds of excuses as to why they cannot begin reducing their carbon footprint or begin adopting the principles of the Simplicity Movement, and so on. In almost every case the people appear to want what they think I have, but they have all the excuses and distractions that make implementing my suggestions impossible for them.

Their actions seem to indicate they want to remain exclusively unique.

All of this got me to thinking about my ego’s use of exclusivity as one of its primary defense mechanisms. Exclusivity, exclusionism, and uniqueness lead to thoughts like: Things just don’t seem to apply to me; I’m different; My circumstances are different; I‘m unique.

Then I remember, as an active alcoholic, I almost died from a very severe case of “terminal” uniqueness. I also remember, as I began to get sober by following the suggested AA program of recovery, what a wonderful relief it was to simply identify myself as “one of the herd – a very ordinary recovering alcoholic.” Nothing special. Nothing unique about that.

That shift in my thought-process has saved my life, although I still haven’t fully realized how profound that shift actually was. I’m still learning.

The damning thing about my ego’s desire to be unique is its very subtle insistence on judging, comparing, and criticizing. As long as my ego can continue to push my uniqueness button, I will remain believing in my (and your) separateness. That’s a killer to my spiritual growth and development. That’s what’s so damning about my ego.

For me the way I try to control my ego’s desire to judge is to focus on not using the words “should,” “could,” “would,” “ought,” and “ …, but.” Many I know, if they could not use those words, would have little to say.

You know what I “would” do if I were you?
Have you ever thought you “should” try this?
What you say makes a lot of sense, “but” for me, the situation….
My life ”would” have been so much better if only I “could” have understood the implications of ….
Do you know what I think you really “ought” to do?
Most of these judging words come in the form of un-requested advice, and I have to remember that un-asked-for advice is generally translated by the hearer as criticism. Criticism is judging. I do it all the time, and it makes no difference if I am carrying on an actual conversation with someone or whether the conversation exists only in my head. It’s all the same to the universe. I am judging. And when I judge, I have become separate from you. I am different from you. I am unique, which has no place for you. We are different individuals.

As long as I believe I am truly separate, my ego is in control and my spirit suffers. When I feel separated from you my spiritual growth comes to a grinding halt and I stagnate. After a while a stagnant spiritual life, just like stagnant water in a pond, begins to smell.

The ability to not judge and the ability to forgive are very closely related. AA says simply, “The easiest way to learn to forgive is simply to learn to not blame in the first place.” Similarly, ACIM outlines 3 steps to forgiveness: 1) I forgive the projected perception of you I have created in my mind; 2) I forgive myself for creating this perception; and 3) I ask the Holy spirit to give me another way of seeing this situation without judgment, and then I still my mind and listen for His whispers of Truth.

So I try very diligently to stay away from “should,” “could,” “would,” “ought,” and “…, but.”

If anyone doubted that time has speeded up, you have only to consider the speed at which the first two months have passed, and so it shall continue right through to Ascension. The call for freedom from your oppressors has been answered and their ability to cause further problems has been addressed, and they no longer have the powerful bases that maintained their hold over you. They may seek to change matters, but it is now beyond their scope to reverse the affect of the actions against them. Their roles have been reduced to ones of only a nuisance value, and soon their activities will have all but evaporated as their power structure is taken apart. Having come thus far it only remains for us to remove the Illuminati, and a major part of our mission will have been completed.

Our allies with our help are doing all they can to push the media to return to true and factual reporting, and to remove the gags and censorship that has been used to hide the truth from you. With so much going on we would like to see them bring you up to date reports of the worldwide resignations, and arrests of top people involved in criminal acts. Such information will serve to give others the confidence to come forward, and help cleanse banking and politics from the immoral and unscrupulous activities of those who only work for self. You can expect some astonishing events very soon that will show without doubt, that the old paradigm has been shattered never to rise once again.

Be assured that as the old is being dismantled, so its replacements are ready to fill the vacuum. It has been planned so that the inconvenience to you is kept to a minimum. There will be short periods of difficulty, as the changes are massive and something of a challenge even for us. However, as with every other aspect of our mission the object is to quickly introduce you to the new technologies, and provide you with the necessary means to become self sufficient. We want to make you as free as possible to enjoy what we have brought you, that will lift you up into the next level of experience. By then we will have made full contact with you, and we shall have established a good working relationship together. Life will change for the better in such a short time, and waves of happiness will sweep across the world.

For now Dear Ones, live life with full expectations of what is to come, as there will no disappointments and our promises fulfilled. We will welcome the opportunity to meet you and detail what lies ahead, as there are in some instances confusion over what you may expect. However, there is absolutely no doubt that however much your paths may wander, you will have the opportunity to ascend. Be under no illusion about the end times, as it is the end of an era that has seen you tested and tried to the limits, all in the interests of acquiring experience of duality. Your service has been one of extreme sacrifice, having left the comfort and beauty of the higher realms to step into the unknown. It is no wonder that each soul is viewed with such great admiration and love.

Matters have reached a point where you can almost expect some great gains on a weekly basis, as many changes have advanced so rapidly. It is a question as to whether such developments can be relayed to you through one of the news outlets. Certainly the Internet is more open and free, but you have to search to find such sources. Eventually, and sooner rather than later, there will be a clamor to report factual accounts of what is going on, as otherwise certain agencies will be left behind. So we do not have too much concern in this connection, as the truth will be too good to miss and make sensational headlines. Too few people have controlled the media for a very long time, but it has become harder for the cabal to promote the lies that have been thrust before you. You have for some time now awakened to the manner in which you have been led by those with their own agenda. In the near future it will all change and you will finally be able to trust what you are told.

These are powerful times when you can visualize what you desire from life, and it will become your creation. So think positively and do not allow any fear laden messages to deflect you from your path. Certainly there will be areas where the affects of the changes will impinge upon people, but help will be at hand particularly now many of you are bonding together. It will grow, and with our coming and your release from the dark Ones, and those differences that have been played upon to keep you apart will disappear. At last you will realize that you are One and work with each other for the betterment of all.

Without the imposition of poverty and the denial of your rights, Humanity would long ago have united, because at heart you are of a group conscious level that seeks unity amongst all people.

Now is the time to release any baggage you carry from this and earlier lives. With consciousness levels rising, you will be able to identify and cut off links with that which has no place with your ascended self. Indeed, what was acceptable in recent times may now be found to be out of place, as you raise your vibrations. The new you is rising up out of the ashes of the old you, and you are creating an embodiment that is appropriate for Ascension that you will know as your crystalline body. That in itself will assure you of having a healthy life, that is free from the illnesses and disease associated with the low vibrations of the 3rd. dimension.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and know you will find us most sympathetic and helpful to your needs, but it would be even better if more of you knew about us. We mention again the need to spread the news about the changes, but in a way that is not overbearing or too forceful. It will help to ease the likely shock, experienced by those who are totally unaware as to what is about to transpire. At first many people will become fearful, until they understand that our coming is a most natural occurrence. It happens whenever a civilization reaches a point in their evolution, when they are prepared on a conscious level to understand and accept their links to the Star Beings. You are at that stage now, but it will take many unaware as they have no perception or understanding of their true family. We come with love to share with you.

Shine Your Light On You

I love the image of light as an analogy for spiritual truth, love, transformation and compassion. Virtually every religious tradition – from Pagan Nature Worship to Buddhism, to Hinduism, to Zoroastrianism, to Judaism, to Christianity – use the concept of light in this way.

I am to let my light shine and not cover it with a basket. Jesus was called the Light of the world. Chanukah is the Festival of Light. Buddhists refer to one’s Inner Light as the source of spiritual Truth.

People often will say I am so small and insignificant that my light cannot make a difference. Yet, if you and others were to be inside a darkened building and could not find the exit door, just the smallest match would provide enough light to allow all of you to escape. This example reminds me of the children’s ditty “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine….”

One of my favorite visual examples is that of a lighthouse. It shines its rotating spotlight out into the inky darkness of night. It does not care if ships at sea look for it or heed its recurring beam. It simply shines. That is its purpose. It’s not the fault of the lighthouse if a ship ignores its beam and founders in the shallows. The lighthouse does not get into a snit (like I seem to do), pick up its skirts and relocate itself to another cove where it believes it will be appropriately appreciated. It just – night after night – shines its light.

That is what I am to do. As small, as flickering, as apparently inconsequential as my little beam of light may be, I am simply to shine my light and let Spirit do the rest. As I learned in AA: “Live as best you can today; don’t drink today; go to a meeting and share today; work the Steps today; pray today; and the rest of your life is none of your business.”

If someone doesn’t appreciate my honesty, as I share of myself, that is not my concern. If someone refuses to subscribe to my messages, that is not my concern. If someone decides to unsubscribe, that is not my concern. If no one seems to be interested, that is not my concern. Just shine, baby, shine – and the rest of my life is none of my business.

In fact, that is, literally, what I used to say. “All I want to do is to shine my light.”

Then, one evening in Tennessee, a respected friend gently admonished me. “Don, quit saying that you’re trying to shine your light. Continue saying that and soon it will become a ‘task’ your Ego grabs a hold of. The Course [in Miracles] tells us our light is already there. Inside. Our job is to strip away the personal gunk that is covering it up – fear, judgment, anger, analyzing, mind-wandering, frustration, attachments. As we remove this dark ego-gunk, we simply will be uncovering the light that is already there – and has always been there.”

A Course in Miracles (ACIM) says, “The ego is nothing more than a part of your belief in yourself. Your other life [spirit] has continued without interruption, and has been and always will be totally unaffected by your attempts to dissociate it.” (Text: 4,VI,1,6-7)

So I no longer try to shine my light. I ALLOW my light to shine.

To “try to shine my light,” requires the verb “try” and the adjective “my.” This has always been my downfall. Since I am the one TRYing – it becomes an activity of MY will and resolve. It quickly becomes a job, an objective, a goal. Since light-shining now is MY mission, MY progress can be tracked, improved on, clarified, and made better. These are all the symptoms of MY ego-based efforts to be good, relevant and spiritual. And, brother, you had better notice and applaud! or I’ll take my marbles and go home.

Whenever I find myself using the tools I’ve developed (the same tools you’ve developed) to protect me from my perceived world, then I know I’m in a state of fear. “What tools?” you ask. Tools like rationalizing, being on the defensive, minimalizing, justifying, projecting, general dis-believing – to name only a few. When I use these tools I will always feel like a victim or a potential victim or a victor. In any of these cases it means I am reacting to my perceived world as if it’s some sort of bad, evil, dangerous place I need to conquer or overcome.

That’s a bad place for me to be. It separates me from you. It covers my light. It is the most serious symptom I detect that reminds me I have slipped, once again, into the frame of mind that allows me to believe I am my body and must do “godly” things to save my soul (which resides somewhere inside me). 

When I remember I am an already-loved spirit currently having a human experience, then I can begin to deal with much of my ego-centric attitude. Essentially, it keeps my focus on the spiritual truth that everything is always an “inside” job.

Now, I try not to shine my light. I try to allow my light to shine. I realize it’s a small grammatical difference. But, I believe it’s a whopping BIG spiritual difference.

The Damnation of Unconnectedness

I think the more "sophisticated" we've become, the more stupid we act - the dumber we've gotten.

The following quote is from the novel The Dreaming by Barbara Wood, Random House, Inc., New York, 1991, Pages 36, 42.  [After seeing some Aborigines disappear off the road, Joanna, new to Australia, asked Hugh where they were going. He answered,] “’I’ve heard that this road used to be what they called a songline. Maybe that’s why we ran into them here.’

“’A songline?’

“’I’m not sure I can explain it to you,’ he said. ‘Songlines are part of the Aborigines’ sacred lore, their beliefs. It’s taboo for them to speak about sacred things, especially to a white man, and so there is little we know about them. But as near as I can determine, songlines are like invisible tracks. They mark the routes the Aborigine ancestors walked, thousands of years ago, and on up until fairly recently – thirty five years ago anyway [the novel is set in the late 19th Century], even less in some parts. Songlines are sort of invisible roads, crisscrossing the continent. Apparently way back the ancestors walked all over Australia, and as they walked they sang out the names of everything they encountered. They believed they were singing the world into existence. The Aborigines believe that song is existence – to sing is to live.  And that is why, too, to the Aborigines, everything in nature is sacred – rocks, trees, waterholes.’ (p. 36)

“’…The Aborigines believe the dead are always with us. They go back to the Dreaming, but they are still with us.’

“’The Dreaming?’

“Hugh picked up a stick and stirred the embers. ‘It’s a concept white men have little understanding of, including myself…. As nearly as I can judge, the Dreamtime, or the Dreaming, is what the Aborigines call the distant past, when the first people walked the earth and sang everything into creation. Their spirituality is very earthbound. From the earth we come, by the earth we are sustained, and when we die, to the earth we return. To wound the earth is to wound ourselves. That’s why the Aborigines never developed farming or mining or anything that altered the environment in any way. They were not just part of nature, they were nature.’” (p. 42)

In an earlier message, “The Unity of Life,” December 4, 2011, I wrote: “Not too long ago I was out cleaning up the wet-weather creek that flows… through our property…. I was cleaning out sticks, wild water grasses and weeds. As I would pull up a clump of vegetation, the roots, all mired in creek muck, contained all sorts of bugs, beetles, and other tiny critters. Each clump of muck was its own little universe. It was a remarkable moment, as I tried to imagine life in that clump of muck from the perspective of the inhabitants.

In a short while I knew the muck would dry, the critters would either die or scatter, and the water vegetation would die. One day the creek muck is alive as its own little world and the next it is apparently dead. What happened? What's missing? What the heck is Life, anyway?

… Indigenous cultures have had an intrinsic reverence for this thing called Life. Attributed to their Great Spirit, Life was Life – whether in stones, deer, themselves, frogs, birds, plants, rain, or snow. Life was a mystery and was revered. Not some of life was revered some of the time. All life all the time. There was no hierarchy in Life. Human life was not more valuable than animal or plant life. Life was Life. It was a mystery. It was honored…. They had no more right to be alive than a stone or a maize (corn) plant. This was not an intellectual deduction from repeated observations. This was embedded in their hunting, defending, family life, crafting, ceremonies. In short, it was their culture; it was who they were. They were at one with their world. Just a piece. Not superior. Not a user. Simply an interactive part of the whole system of Life…. They were not above the environment; they were not users of the environment; they were an integral part of the environment.”

Just like the Aborigines.

I think the more “sophisticated” we have become as a civilization, the more separated we have become from nature. The more separated from nature, the more separated from our true Selves. The more separated from our Selves, the more we see people as simply tools and resources to be used – just like we see our environment as something to use.

On NPR recently my wife and I heard a story of a woman who was transforming vacant lots in Detroit into small vegetable or herb gardens – growing native Michigan plants and herbs. She’s involving whole neighborhoods in the growing and care of these small fresh food sources. The local residents are loving it!
She told of how a wee tot asked her, “Can we plant the trees that grow pizza?”

In some ways it’s a cute statement of childlike innocence. In other ways it’s a serious damnation of our society’s total irreverence and lack of connection to the natural world of which we are very much a part.

The more intelligent we have become the dumber we have gotten. We have come to believe we are bigger than Mother Nature. We treat the environment as an unlimited reserve of materials just lying there ripe for the picking. Unfortunately, that disconnected view of our Earth and its resources has led us to treat people the same way – raw material to be used and abused. People are now simply renters, day laborers, consumers, a steady stream of patients, congregants, vote totals, cashiers, or ignorant drivers.

I personally like the spiritual world-view of the Aborigines better. It’s more intelligent. It’s healthier. I am more spiritual when I am connected to the Earth.

Naturally we need to be aware of what Michael is doing, and have been following the events associated with the trip to Neptune. What we must however stress is that we have our own responsibilities, and would never interfere with the mission of another, in the same manner that we would not interfere with experiences that are your own creation. Look at it this way Dear Ones, it is no one else's place to deny you the experiences you need to advance your evolution.

On this subject, please remember that the Galactic Federation has quite clearly informed you that in the course of time, many "tourist" trips aboard our craft will be arranged. So there is no need to rush yourselves to be part of the first trips of this nature, there will be plenty of time to enjoy them once we are openly allowed to contact you. Some of our Motherships are like enormous cities, and will have no difficulty in dealing with the large numbers of you that would jump to the opportunity to visit one. It will all be part of our intention to bring us closer together, and dispel any fears about us that may still remain. It allows us to give you a look at what advanced technologies will do for you in the very near future. After all, we are your future selves, and you will need to quickly bridge the gap brought about by the deliberate suppression of technologies that would have long ago launched you into the 21st. Century.

Much is happening on Earth right now, and even you will realise that it cannot be very long before you see the outcome of the work put in to bring about the desired changes. Threats of war still rumble on, but we tell you once again it will not be allowed although some sabre rattling will go on. So please do not succumb to these situations and allow fear to occupy you, think peace and place your energy there where it will do something positive. The financial situation continues to occupy a lot of our allies time, but then it is a complex problem to get many countries as you would say, "singing from the same hymn sheet". However, success will come and it will signal the start of a completely new approach to banking and the whole nature of financial transactions. Debt is to be eliminated and never again shall you be burdened with it unnecessarily.

There is never a dull moment living on Earth, and in some ways that is how it is meant to be and certainly not a holiday isle, as otherwise your progress would rarely go forward. The Earth is a great place to experience all manner of challenges, and the quickest way to forge ahead and climb up that spiritual ladder. Yet the Earth is a paradise of which there are no equals in your Universe, and it was seeded over millions of years. It was truly a Garden of Eden, but degenerated as the vibrations become lower and Man despoiled it with his greed and lack of caring. Now you are waking up to recognise the jewel that your Earth is and trying your best to restore it, and prevent further damage and destruction. Indeed, it is your responsibility to return it to its pristine condition as part of the preparations for Ascension.

In such unsettling times such as you in now, you need to keep a cool head and never forget the reason you have come to Earth at this time. It was to awaken to your true self as a Being of Light, and lift the level of your consciousness so that you were ready to ascend as soon as the opportunity arose. You have a whole ream of experiences still to come, but in the end Ascension is your goal and that is really all that matters. This opportunity where there is a mass ascension does not come round very often, and it is your release from duality and the need to re-incarnate regularly. With this in mind, we are sure that you do not need much encouragement to put the effort in to step off the ladder of re-birth.

You cannot fully know what goes on behind the scenes, but there is far more activity than there appears to be. We monitor the world news and what is discussed openly or in private, and as a result we have a very good picture of how events are turning out. That gives us the edge and able to help our allies, and it is allowed to balance the advanced equipment used by the dark Ones to spy upon those of the Light. We have computers with a level of consciousness that is so advanced, that you can have quite intelligent conversations with them. You have experience of automation, but we have taken it to a degree that would astound you, and you will enjoy your visits to our ships trying to work out how they operate. For some of you it will seem familiar, as you visit us during your sleep state but have a closed memory of it when you return to your body.

Come out of your cocoons that are hiding your true self, the Light Being that you are and always will be. This is the time to claim your divine rights and sovereignty, and you are being given every help to do so. You are Beings of untold power and providing you can accept the responsibility to use it wisely, you will ascend and become the creator that you were previously before the fall. Even now you still create but it takes longer to manifest, and you may not realise what you have done. Focus long enough upon what you desire and in time there will be a response. It is how without realising it, you draw into your life the experiences that you have brought upon yourself. Like attracts like, and that is how you gather around you your friends and enemies for that matter. The Law of Attraction has makes no decision on how it works, so be careful what you focus on and where you place your energy. Most of your experiences start out life as thoughts, that when you give sufficient energy to them they become part of your reality.

The Human Race is proving to be one that is capable of experiencing the depth of darkness, and yet can still find its Light and raise itself up. The experience was indeed meant to strongly test your abilities, and you have been subjected to the most extreme conditions imposed upon you by the dark Ones. If you had not won this battle, you could today be looking at another catastrophic end to the cycle, and the prospect of having to do it all again. However, it must be said that you were expected to succeed, but with freewill the outcome was not taken for granted. You have had immense help and the plan to awaken you has been successful beyond expectations. As you are finding out, the dark Ones fight to the end but whatever they do it will not alter the outcome. The die has been set and Ascension will come with all of its glory and majesty. It truly is a great occasion that has stirred the interest of life throughout the Universe, who watch on to be part of the inevitable and welcome celebrations. 


We know that some of you still find it hard to grasp that duality in spite of its seriousness, is still a game. It is a little like entering the Holodeck and enacting your role, knowing that whatever happens you can all leave the scene and return to your normal life. It is an experience that you have chosen that has a serious content as it counts towards your evolutionary upliftment. Since there is no such thing as death, you can repeatedly take on different lives and live to tell the tale. However, the taking of life is a serious offence that carries karmic penalties, although there can be certain circumstances that can evoke a more lenient understanding. Again we stress it is not a punishment, but specific experiences that may enable a soul to understand the full consequences of what they have done, so as not to repeat them again.


Since we are on the subject of your succession of lives we will state what should be obvious, that you come into them with nothing and you leave with nothing, that is apart from your experience which is all that matters. As part of an evolutionary plan you take on all types of lives, and in some you may be one who has great wealth and power, but it will all be gone when that life is finished. As you cannot take it with you perhaps the pursuit of wealth may be seen as rather pointless. In time you may well learn that having sufficient is all you need, and that greed is simply taking away an opportunity from someone else. If you aspire to ascend you will no doubt have already come to the conclusion, that sharing is the best way to keep a happy and balanced society. It also encourages an approach where all work for the good of all, and not individuals.


Dear One, you have learned so much through experiencing duality, and your strength of character will stand you good in the future. In fact once you reach a certain high level of consciousness, you will not even have to think about how to lead your life. You will have reached such a great understanding, that you will see All As One and act accordingly. That understanding is one that is slowly being accepted by people, and in consequence there is much more concern about the plight and well-being of all people. Without a doubt you are coming together and bonding, as you are beginning to see yourself in others. The energy being created is out of love for your fellow Being, and the barriers that previously separated you are being broken down.


We of the Galactic Federation cannot help but admire and applaud your tenacity and determination, to ride out the remaining months of this year to bring about the changes you desire to claim back your sovereignty. In doing that you have our support for everything you do that is intended to restore the Light. We are like your referees making sure all is played to the rules, which is why we can intervene to protect those who are of the Light. The rules are specific where duality is concerned and include Universal Law. It is the latter that prohibits other Space Beings from approaching you or Mother Earth, and we enforce the law. Again there are exceptions in circumstances where they are actually invited to Earth, and that was the case where the Greys were concerned.


Look back at your history and although the evidence has not always been written up, there is nevertheless much to indicate our interest in your affairs. We would therefore say that it is perfectly natural that at such an important time for you, that we should come close to you. After all, as any family would, where their offspring were concerned, we have always followed your progress. The majority of you are family to the different members of the Galactic Federation, and that mainly relates to the Sirians and Pleiadians. Usually those of you who are extraterrestrials know it deep down, because you find it so hard to settle down to Earth life, with its heavy vibrations.


Europe still struggles with saving the Euro, and we see little chance of that if any at all. The Dollar is weak and being released by some countries in favor of safer currencies, so financially the world waits to see the outcome. This is all calculated to force changes into being, with acceptable and necessary changes to the banking groups. The whole area has been manipulated by the few who must accept that their gravy train has ground to a halt. You are to experience what it is like to live in circumstances where money is a real commodity that has real value. You are also to have abundance and enjoy life without your present worries and stress. It will carry you through Ascension and set the pattern for the time when money will no longer be used.

I would say keep pushing onwards as the finishing line is in sight, and help bring the end about by spreading your Light as much as possible. Wherever you are imagine yourself as a great beacon of Light, and visualize it touching the people around you. It really does make a difference and when you imagine thousands upon thousands all doing the same thing, it is a powerful source of Light that is lifting people up. After all you are Light Beings and what would be more natural than giving of your Light to others, and it can also be for healing as so many of you carry around conditions that would benefit from it.

Have no fears because much can happen from just one week to another, and the plan for your release from the dark Ones is progressing along very nicely. As we have already suggested, keep aware of the developments around the world as your wishes for change are coming true. It is a matter of finding a reliable news sources from which you can get a feel of what is taking place. You know that time is racing by, and that is welcome as you have waited long for the end times to get underway. Believe us they are just as we would have them, with our allies succeeding in creating the conditions that will enable us to come closer to you. All that has been promised will come to you, even if it is not quite as you would have imagined, and in fact in some ways it well may prove to be more exciting and fulfilling.

Remember that everything is in the hands of Higher Beings, who have followed your pathway to Ascension from the very beginning which was a very long ago. You knew it when you started out, but with the degeneration in your levels of consciousness you became separated from the Source and each other. However, that was expected although it did come about by you misusing the freewill that you had been given. You now know that you went through the Dark Ages, that showed how far down you can go when you lose touch with your true self. This present cycle has been the most testing one since you came into physical incarnations, and it was preceded by lives in earlier civilizations that you know very little about. You may have little memory of them, but be assured that every single experience has taken you to where you are now. You have grown immensely in your understanding of physicality, and it has also helped speed up your evolution.

Ascension and beyond will continue to be planned experiences with the guidance of your Guides and Higher Self. However, you will be in a position to have a greater input as to what they will be when you journey onwards as a Galactic Being. As you will understand, life will take on a completely new look, and have little bearing to how you see it now in your present dimension. You have yet to realize what it will be like to be totally free, but when you are it will be when you have risen to a new level of consciousness that will ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities. The Laws of the Universe are quite simple and require that you respect the sovereignty of all other souls, and intend no harm or interference with them. Indeed your inclination will be to share your Love and Light with all life forms, having understood and accepted the Oneness of All That Is. All life is on the path of evolution and has the powerful urge to return to the Source from whence it came.

Life on Earth can seem very lonely and you meet souls all types, at very different levels of advancement and understanding which adds to your experiences. Your challenge has been to master them and learn whatever lessons they had for you. You of the Light have succeeded and you are ready to move on but will always benefit from them, as the lessons are held at a subconscious level. You have every right to be pleased with yourselves for having come through duality and moved into the Light. Now you can return to a level of consciousness that you are really familiar with and once lived by in the higher dimensions, never to have need to return to the lower dimensions.

In the higher dimensions you still face challenges but they are more acceptable, and best looked upon as missions that often involve souls that could benefit from your experience. Remember that at this stage you will have committed yourself in service to others, and practically every ascended one naturally follows this course. All of the time you are still ascending but progress is much slower, as you rarely have to face negative situations. It does of course depend upon where you elect to go, as you may be one who desires to return to the lower dimensions. The rate at which you desire to rise up is very much your decision, and no one is forced to go any faster than they wish. Hence, in your present dimension not every soul will feel ready to ascend, and will stay in it where they feel more at ease.

It is during this time that karma comes and goes very quickly, and for some it will seem that one thing rapidly follows another without any respite. Dear Ones, it is according to your needs and the necessity to clear your karma before you ascend. Some of it will be a legacy of times past, as it does not necessarily follow that it comes back to you in exactly the same lifetime. Often it is when you are best able to handle it, and be successful in clearing it. In the final reckoning some karma may be released according to the Law of Grace.

You can understand why you are discouraged from making a judgment about another soul, if we tell you that you have no way of knowing what has brought about their experiences. Also, where you perceive one appearing to be punished bear in mind that it is not always as it seems. Sometimes a soul will accept another ones karma as a way of service to them, and it is usually where there is already a strong link or bond between them. One of the greatest deeds you can do for another is to sacrifice yourself for them. Also remember that there is karma that is in the way of a reward, and is earnt through your love and service to others. It is you who creates your path and experiences, and there is no one else to blame when they are undesirable, at least not as you would think of them.

Learn your lessons well, and you will never have to come back to them again, although there are occasions when you might be tested again to ensure that you would not let yourself down. If you have an experience that clearly has a lesson in it for you, think about it honestly and without any bias and you are sure to understand the reason. It all works out divinely and fair, because as we have often stressed there is no sense of punishment involved. God is All Love and has unending patience with his Godsparks that will always be connected to God, and held in God's Love.

If as you say, you keep your ear to the ground, you will realize that matters are heading for a resounding victory for the Light. There is such a strong momentum towards it that it is going to be unstoppable, and means that positive signs of it will be there for all to see. You only get know of a small fraction of the developments that are taking place, and the dark Ones would naturally prefer that you were kept in the dark. However, brave souls continue to step forward at some risk to themselves, and are prepared to inform you of the hidden activities of the Illuminati. They are in fact helping to get the truth out in such a way that it does not immediately overwhelm people. That will create the right circumstances so that when the media can fully report the news, it will not cause too much of a shock which would otherwise surely be the case. You can for example look at the way that the truth about 9/11 has slowly been released, and has now reached a time when few people would not have come across it. The truth is ready to fully come out and it is no longer questionable, as it is supported by hundreds of experts whose evidence is professionally given.

Dear Ones, just bide your time as much has been prepared in advance that will allow the revelations to come pouring out. Lies and half truths will be easily revealed and those responsible will have no hiding place, although they prepare for their escape. It will be quite futile for them to imagine that with our advanced technology, we would be unable to track them down. Their fate is not the most important matter to us, as that is sealed anyway. Our first concern is the announcement to you of our presence, as that will allow us to freely contact you. Mass landings will clearly follow but do not expect it to be that quickly, but be assured that they will take place. We stand by for any eventuality, with a view to pushing forward to achieve a substantial gain for the Lightworkers.

There are so many people directly involved in your affairs, that it is not immediately apparent how much progress is being made. We are however pressing our allies to speed up their preparations, for the final actions that will remove the leading players of the dark Ones. As you will no doubt understand, it is all of you on Earth who have sufficient awareness to work with us who are essential to the outcome. We cannot just appear and "take over the Earth", as it would be taken as a violation of your responsibility to forge your own future, but we know that some of you cannot understand why we do not. Dear Ones, when the time is right we will have a big part to play in the final months of this  year, and until then we stay mainly in the background working with you to achieve success. We have been granted certain privileges that allow us a bigger input in some matters, and vitally important to the future is the Middle East. We have for quite along time been given authority to do whatever is necessary to keep the peace and prevent another war.

World peace is coming and the governmental changes that are near to occurring, will ensure that they bring peaceful and lasting changes around the world. The energies of the old paradigm will be dissolved or funneled into more positive channels, and the armed forces changed into those that are peace keeping. Any form of weaponry will be destroyed except for that which is purely used for defense purposes only. This will bring you into line with us, and in accordance with our creed that is based on peace and love. Our delight will be greatly increased when it is established that all nuclear devices have been disarmed. Your dark Ones intended to take such weapons into Space, and to your Moon but we informed them it was not allowed. They ignored this order and still tried to establish a Space Weapons Program, but it was prevented.

As your people have learnt, you cannot just fly off into Space and interfere with other life forms. That type of Universal freedom existed in the past and would fill many chapters in your history, but with the gradual elimination of warring or rebel groups virtual peace now exists. Until the changes are completed and you ascend, you are for the time being the only races that still wage war upon each other. Realization of the stupidity of war that benefits no one not even the so-called winners, eventually comes to souls after their unending experiences over many lives. Understand that like everything else you get involved in, you will between lives fully understand the consequences of your actions. There is nothing like actual experience to open your eyes to the truth, and it is why the Earth has been such a wonderful playground for you to play out your fantasies and desires.

Now many of you can look back upon your life and realize that your level of consciousness has grown out of your experiences. It has now reached a stage where the ways of the old no longer fulfill your personal desires, and you seek the higher life where Love and Light exist in abundance. It is exactly where you are expected to be after so many lives throughout duality, that have tested your ability to find and retain your Light once more. With the help you are now getting you are passing through a period of intense awakening, and it is a wonderful time for those who aspire to lift themselves up. There will not be another opportunity ascend such as the one you are about to experience, for a long time. So grasp it with both hands and focus your energy upon it and it will be yours, as it is not intended to be difficult for you to succeed. In fact we would view it as being a simple challenge that Light workers can overcome. Make your intent clear and put your energy into all that you do, ensuring that it is wholesome and going to lift up your vibrations. You are a being of Love and Light and live as one as far as possible, and you will undoubtedly notice the changes taking place in yourself.

Like you we wait expectantly, knowing that there will be a breakthrough resulting in the first positive news about the pending changes. The timing is not certain, but we see no reason why it should not go ahead as anticipated. We cannot say more as we know how despondent some of you get when events do not materialize as you expect. It would otherwise please us to satisfy you by being more precise, but by now you should understand our reluctance to do so. However, as we often tell you, the most important aspect is how it all ends and it will most definitely be with Ascension. Whatever it takes is well within our abilities, and particularly as we have taken steps to stop the interference with our mission. Most of you will experience this year according to the reality you expect to carry you forward, but all that matters is the final outcome.

In one way or another this year will astonish if not absolutely amaze most people. The truth will also sound shocking to those who have never contemplated that for hundreds of years they have been lied to and mislead. Indeed, for those who are somewhat informed it will still surprise them as to the audacity and cunning of the Illuminati, and their ambition to rule the world. Set free from their hold over you, it will be will be a beautiful transformation to see you throw off the shackles that have kept you in their control, and in ignorance. You have not really experienced true freedom and it will be like a wave of fresh air, that will blow away the cobwebs that have dimmed your sight. With it comes release from the fear that had also been deliberately created to confuse you, and a great feeling of ecstatic joy will resound around the world.

Put things into perspective and as far as possible see that the end result is all that really matters, and you can ride out the last months without spending too much time on how it is achieved. You can concentrate on your own upliftment, and focus on your evolution without being distracted by outer happenings. Certainly there will be plenty of positive ones, but they will not take your eye of your own needs and more than likely will be of assistance. As everything is well planned, it will all proceed in a way that will not unduly affect progress on your own path. On the contrary, we want to help you on your way, but cannot do as much as we would like until we are completely free to work with you.

The Galactic Federation is in touch with its own kind who are on Earth, and they are often to be found in quite important positions that carry a great deal of authority. It is not just the dark Ones who have established contacts in high places and our people also have similar powers, and with us behind them are capable of results that favor the Light. The dark Ones seem to revel in being known as notorious for their actions that disregard Humanity's needs. Whereas those of the Light quietly get on with their work preferring not to seek publicity, which also helps protect them from harm. Make no mistake, for some being a Lightworker can be fraught with danger, but they carry on without fear knowing that they have our protection.

Michael has of recent time noted that Time Travelers have followed your time line to the 21-December-2012, and without exception have all found a wall of white light preventing them from going further. That alone should tell you that the end of the cycle does take place according to the Mayan Calendar. However, even more interesting is the latest report from another Time Traveler Bill Wood an ex Navy Seal, who followed through many different time lines and found that each one ends up exactly the same, at the wall of light. It tells you that whatever course your life takes and whatever your particular experience, you will all reach that point of change. Where you go from there is going to be determined by your own vibrational level. Some will find themselves in a higher one whilst others will move into another level similar to the one they were in previously. Perhaps even more important is the finding that whatever is attempted to alter the time lines and thus the future, no changes can be made to it. That Dear Ones is the Divine power protecting your upliftment and Ascension.

Can you now accept that your future is assured, and allow yourself to enjoy the changes that are all for your eventual benefit. Mother Earth is quietly working away to also prepare for her Ascension, and is being helped by you continuing to bring the Light to her. Like you she also has to reach a certain level of readiness for the final surge, brought about by the Suns alignment with the Great Central Sun of the Galaxy. You who go through with Mother Earth, will experience a great upliftment in your vibration and level of consciousness. You will in any event have already reached a much higher level before that final event.

Life is always moving in a direction that continues to lift you up, and Ascension will see you entering an entirely new phase in your spiritual evolution. Gone will be the distractions and obstructions that you are experiencing now, and in place of them harmony and balance in a way that is most satisfying and rewarding. The present labors of life will no longer exist, and your time will be spent enjoying your new found freedom. Tiredness will not be experienced, as you will re-energize automatically from the energies that are around you, and you can rest at anytime as day and night no longer exist. Without a heavy physical body to care for and sustain, many bodily functions that you now engage in will no longer be necessary. Your new body will be crystalline and not subject to aging or any form of disease, because its higher vibrations are not prone to them.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and we can reflect on the fact that we are about to commence the most important part of our mission, and you likewise yours. We try hard to get you to focus on the beneficial changes that will directly affect you. In that way you will not waste any energy, and in so doing will easily pass through the Ascension process, and your presence on Earth will also help others along. Happy Chinese New Year!

The Chinese lunar New Year, the Year of the Dragon, began Monday and was celebrated in Asian communities around the world. So what does "Year of the Dragon" mean?

In Chinese astrology, the dragon is the most powerful and auspicious of the 12 signs of the zodiac, one associated with high energy, prosperity and change. This year is considered especially lucky because it is the year of the water dragon, something that only happens once every 60 years.

In general, Chinese astrologists like what they see.

A Taoist priest said, "The dragon year is a year of luck, growth and prosperity. The dragon represents the sky and moving up, just like this flame."

In a dragon year, he said, business will be good and money will come easily. And given our economy, that wouldn't be a bad thing. Fortunes as well as disaster will come in massive waves. This could be a year typically marked with a lot of surprises and violent acts of nature.

Tempers will flare the world over, and political change is always expected.

The Taoist priest said 2012 will definitely have its challenges, but fear not -- it's a water dragon year. The difference? The water will help cool and at least temper things down. :)

Ah yes. Amidst all the change and tumult that exists in all our lives it is sometimes difficult to remain centered and calm. We are continually guided to "be still", to "listen to our hearts"; but this can be very challenging when it seems as if every minute of our day is spoken for and we are constantly being bombarded with information from every imaginable source.

I received this "Life Tip" in my email earlier this month from Rev. Angela Peregoff. I pass it on to you because I have used it and found it to be a very helpful tool in assisting me to remember who I am and how I am connected. I hope it serves you as well:

It has been said that the longest journey is often the few inches from our head to our heart. In our society we value the intellect. For example, our educational system is based on developing the masculine qualities of reason and logic. Undervalued is the heart, the center of our soul, and the feminine qualities of goodwill, compassion and tenderness. We neglect the heart centered qualities. Headaches, worry, anxiety, insomnia, cancer and heart disease are only some of the consequences of ignoring the heart. Toxic relationships, crime and violence are others. When we cut ourselves off from our connection to our soul and inner guidance, we lose our way to our God Source. We must all eventually make the journey from our head to our heart in order to evolve. Why not make it now? It takes time and commitment to release the issues that keep us disconnected from our hearts. For temporary help try the following:

                Place the palm of one hand on the forehead over the
                3rd eye.                                  
                Affirm 3 times, "I am clear."
               Take a deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.
                Now move your hand and place it over your heart.
                Affirm 3 times, "I am here."
               Take another deep breath and let it out.

Laarkmaa: Chinese symbolism representing this year as a Dragon remind us that this is an unsettling, exciting, and creative time

Tomorrow is the beginning of the Chinese New Year, the Year of the Dragon. The New Moon will be in Aquarius tomorrow, reminding us to collaborate and cooperate, for we are one. The Pleiadian-Mayan Day Energy will begin a period guided by the Light Pulse that catalyzes changes, beginning with Day energy of 8 Cimi, representing Abundance, Connection, and the ability to transcend anything. The Pleiadians have explained to us that since October 11, 2011, all energies are available to us to use as we resonate with them. However, as long as we are functioning under the illusion of time, certain energies (such as 8 Cimi tomorrow) can be felt more easily than the other available energies. While Laarkmaa repeatedly tells us that all systems are meant only as guidelines until we learn how to transcend them, we can look to the energies of which we are aware and utilize them to encourage us as we accelerate the movement on our individual and collective paths.

Ideas around 2012 or  the Chinese symbolism representing this year as a Dragon remind us that this is an unsettling, exciting, and creative time, full of dynamic extremes and opportunities to overcome challenges.
