Finding your own positive energy

Reiki has existed for centuries. I took my Reiki training from a teacher that was six teachers away from Mikao Usui. He originated Reiki in 1922. His teachings include specific symbols that transfer vibrational energy. And, his teachings include the process for attuning individuals to be Reiki practitioners; able to use the symbols to channel energy. Usui's main focus was healing and that is what Reiki is used as today - a healing tool. You and I and every living thing are vibrational beings - we have energy bodies.

Studying quantum physics you'll learn that matter responds to thoughts and other energy. All matter is made of molecules. All molecules are made of atoms. All atoms are made of positive (protons) and negative (electrons) ions. Masaru Emoto illustrated with his work that water (H2O) crystals respond to different types of energy. For example, different shaped crystals are formed by people projecting different thoughts or emotions, compassion versus anger, towards glasses of water. He also documented that different music tones and even earthquakes will impact the shape water crystals form. Your energy body does have a direct relationship to your physical body and your mind.
Reiki is a simple method to rejuvenating yourself. The universe is filled with energy that can be harnessed, which is what universal laws are based upon. The Law of Attraction is an example. It states that what you continually focus upon you will attract into your experiences. To take advantage of Reiki doesn't mean going back to school or studying metaphysics. There is nothing you have to do except be open to receiving the energy from Reiki.

Attuning your mind, body, and spirit is essential. Beginning in 2002, more and more energy is being delivered to our planet, Mother Earth, every day. The Masters responsible for rejuvenating our planet and helping us attune ourselves have our highest and best intentions as their goals. This influx of energy is in alignment with the ascension of the planet and with the individuals who are choosing to ascend with her.

Receiving Reiki is simple and easy. Since Reiki is energy, you can benefit from it even though the person giving you Reiki is not in the same geographic location as you. For example, I live in Nevada and I have clients in California that benefit from my Reiki sessions. This is opposite from traditional medicine where you must visit the doctor's office or consume medication to get treatment. Reiki focuses on supplying you with beneficial energy while traditional medicine diagnoses treatment based on physical symptoms.

People from all walks of live participate in Reiki sessions. A session can last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour or longer. During the treatment the client is sitting or laying down with eyes closed. The Reiki practitioner, when the client is in their office, lays their hands gently on different parts of the body to transfer or channel the energy. When a Reiki session is happening long distance then the practitioner is using their intuitive and visualization skills to direct or channel the energy to the client.

Reiki is a noninvasive technique to improve your sense of well-being. It's a focused, natural method for receiving energy to enliven the circuits, cells, and systems that connect the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is a simple solution to improving your own energetics.
