 If not, you gotta get some video on. And don't forget to blog. I have been saying this for years and those two tools just keep getting stronger in delivering your message.

Video editor quits her job by filming herself dancing around boss's office at 4am and posting it on YouTube, then she writes a 1,500 blog and sends it out too.

Here are ways of quitting a job you hate... and then there are ways of quitting a job you hate. 

And this is most certainly the latter.

When video editor Marina Schifrin decided she wanted to leave her New York employer because she didn't agree with the direction the company was taking, she didn't pop into her boss's office to have a quiet word.

Instead, she posted a film on YouTube of herself dancing around the open-plan workspace to Kanye West's hit single Gone with subtitles explaining her grievances in detail.

And as if that were not enough, she also penned a 1,500-word blog outlining her reasons, which she called Journalism is Dead (To Me).

Tactfully she never names the company for which she worked but pulls few punches in her reasons for wanting out.

Inside the rural Missouri town with mysterious light that even Army engineers are at a loss to explain

A photographic series documents a famously unexplained light phenomenon that appears in an area of the Ozarks known as the Devil's Promenade by speaking with the locals who've seen it and heard tales of it all their lives.

The name of the area lends the series, created by artists Lara Shipley and Antone Dolezal, its name and the apparition itself is known to the townspeople in southwest Missouri as the Spook Light.

Spook Light appears as a basketball-sized orb of light, but only every so often and only by chance on a road called E50, where the rolling Ozark hills disappear into the endless flatness of Kansas and Oklahoma.

Even the Army Corps of Engineers once tried to pinpoint the cause of the floating orb. They traveled to the area outside Joplin, a town now known as the 2011 site of a devastating F5 tornado, to study the Spook Light in the early 1940s.

They were unable to come to any conclusions.

Guesses as to its origins run from everyday expulsions of gas from the areas abundant shale deposits to UFOs.

‘It was before midnight,’ she said. ‘It was like a big, huge ball with a yellow glow and it went right straight through our car. I just screamed.’

Mary Roundtree, a local historian, told NPR she's seen the light, too.

'Its very spooky,' she said. 'It looks like a light way far off, and then its right on you.'

Roundtree said she saw the light as a kid when she and her parents were lured to E50 out of curiosity.

'My heart was just pounding and it was up in my throat and I thought my head was going to explode and my hands got all cold,' she said.

And like almost everyone else whose seen the bobbing orb, she has her own variation of the tale that's behind it.

According to Roundtree, a old Indian man came across some dead bodies in the woods where the Spook now appears. After he buried them, a white farmer came by carrying a lantern. The two killed one another but the light of the lantern still hangs there as an apparition.

Alternative News: Not all families of Sandy Hook favor gun control

The family of one prominent Sandy Hook shooting victim is speaking out against what they feel is a politicization and dishonest portrayal of gun control sentiment.

Though Rachel D'Avino, a teacher at the Newtown, CT., elementary school, was shot to death by a crazed gunman, her family still owns firearms - including an assault-style rifle - and is against any measures to control their purchase, according to her sister Hannah.

The family wants the public to know that, despite politicians' best efforts to group the families together into one big gun-opposed lot, the D'Avinos don't share that opinion. They are speaking up now because Rachel's name is attached to proposed federal gun control legislation.

'We're very frustrated mainly because the 26 families got lumped together. We're 26 families made of individuals that all have different opinions,' Hannah D'Avino told the Republican-American.

'It's like people are speaking for me and speaking for my sister,' she added, 'they don't know her and they don't know us.'

The family then recalled to the paper Thanksgiving 2009 when they took turns firing rounds into a tree on their five acres of land with an AR-15 - the same semi-automatic firearm used to kill their beloved Rachel, 20 first-grade students and five other school staffers.

The family takes pride in their marksmanship and record of gun safety, Hannah D'Avino told the paper, adding that Rachel was a good shot herself.

Despite a constant presence of guns in the family's lives, the only gun-related incident they have ever had was Rachel's shooting death, her angry sister noted.

The family still looks back on that Thanksgiving dinner, followed by several rounds of target shooting, as a cherished family memory, one that couldn't possibly be tainted by a madman the likes of Adam Lanza, she added.

NSA building maps of family social networks - just like they do with crime families

The NSA has been graphing American’s social networks and plotting them as they do organized crime since at least 2010, according to the latest published Edward Snowden leak.

The highly secretive intelligence agency has been mapping out American citizens’ social connections – identifying associates, determining locations, and logging who they talk to – by taking advantage of loosened rules previously meant to restrict surveillance actions.

 As far back as November, 2010, the agency authorized spies to conduct ‘large-scale graph analysis on very large sets of communications metadata without having to check foreignness,’ the New York Times revealed Saturday.

Northern California County Withdrawing From State of California: State of Jefferson

The State of Jefferson is a movement of some counties in northern California to withdraw from the state of Callifornia government with the plan of establishing a constitutional state.

Anti-gun statists around the globe believe they have it made.

The United Nations is done with its dirty work finalizing the details of their so-called "Small Arms Treaty."

With the full backing of the Obama administration for this outrageous anti-gun scheme from day one, time is running out until an all-out Senate ratification showdown on the U.N. "Small Arms Treaty."

But the truth is, the U.N. is already plotting the next step -- developing new "International Small Arms Control Standards" (ISACS). Their goal is to impose these radical anti-gun initiatives on every nation who signs the U.N. "Small Arms Treaty."

Introductory language already includes:

***  Mandated national "screening" for all persons seeking to own guns, giving bureaucrats the final say on whether or not you’re "competent" enough to own a gun;

***  Licenses for gun and ammo sales, and perhaps even bans on certain types of firearms. This could include anything from semi-auto rifles to shotguns to handguns!

***  Restrictions on how many guns and ammo any properly-licensed individual may legally own;

***  Bans on magazines holding more than ten rounds;

***  Bans on owning a firearm for self-defense -- unless a citizen can somehow demonstrate need and get federal government approval.

That’s why your IMMEDIATE action is so important.

To those who think government holds all the answers, the United States isn’t a "shining city on a hill" -- it’s an affront to their grand "utopian" designs for all of us.

And as long as Americans remain free to make our own decisions without being bossed around by bureaucrats, those who want big government on a global scale will be out of luck.

That’s why I was so excited to see the National Association for Gun Rights leading the fight to stop the U.N.’s so-called "Small Arms Treaty!"

Their efforts over the past few months have stymied President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid every time they’ve sought to ram gun control through the Senate.

In fact, without NAGR’s bare-knuckled, no-compromise tactics, I believe President Obama would have already succeeded in passing any number of anti-Second Amendment schemes.

But the truth is, NAGR depends on the action and support of good folks like you for their effectiveness.

So will you join them by going on record AGAINST global gun control and sign the Official Firearms Sovereignty Survey today?

Thanks to the help of good folks like you, the National Association for Gun Rights has taken the lead role in Washington, D.C. beating back gun control schemes.
